Education and career history
Graduated in 2003 at Genoa Law School with a dissertation on international law of the sea. She attended the third year of university at Paris Nanterre Law School (Erasmus Programme).Practice description
Sara is used to work on various carriage matters, both in Court and out-of- Court. She has gained a wide experience on cases referred to carriers and freight forwarders’ liability, cargo loss and/or damages, thefts and robberies occurred during onroad carriages, containers carriage and the out-of- Court handling of passengers injuries matters.
Extensive practice also in the area of insolvency law, claim recovery, enforcement proceedings, medical liability and bank law.
She is also a civil mediator for a private conciliation body.
Association membership:
Member of AIGA (Italian Young Lawyers Association), of WISTA Italia (Women's International Shipping and Trading Association), of Youngship Italy and of Camera Civile di Genova, she regularly attends congresses, seminars and workshops both in Italy and abroad.
Writing pubblications
Author of commentaries on periodical specialized in maritime and carriage law.
Personal life outside the law:
Sara loves reading and watching movies, walking in the open air and chatting with friends. She has practiced every kind of sports; now she likes to do yoga, run and golf.
