The problems related to the casualties in maritime, land, air and combined transports (either at a domestic or at an international level) has brought the firm to have a close link with the main hull and cargo insurers as well as their relevant brokers.

On behalf of such clients the firm is sought to render counselling, representation and legal defence in the fields of general average, total loss, abandonment of ship and/or her cargo, collision, fire, stranding, salvages, cargo claims and defence for carriers and/or freight forwarders.
The firm receives commitments from P&I Clubs.
